Rather than having the appliance store install my new refrigerator and dishwasher, I called Frank Mancin's Appliance Repair. He first evaluated the 22-year-old non-functioning dishwasher and concurred that a new appliance was a better (cost-effective) choice. He was there as soon as the new appliances were delivered, set everything up (plumbing etc.). Everything is working perfectly. He was so reasonable cost-wise, I feel as though I should have tipped him. I will call him and only him when any major appliance needs service.

By the way, the other two appliance repair shops I had called (?)....Still waiting for a return call.
